Epsom Collection is a 22-home subdivision and build project delivered across two established Epsom sites. The development required careful planning to introduce a higher-density residential outcome while working within the constraints of a well-established neighbourhood.

The project included the subdivision, servicing and construction of a mix of terrace and standalone-style homes. Efficient site use, practical access and a coordinated layout helped create a cohesive development suited to its central Auckland location.
