Ormiston Grove involved the subdivision of a substantial greenfield site into 103 residential lots. The project established the roads, infrastructure and development platforms needed to support a diverse range of new homes within the rapidly growing Flat Bush area.

The site’s contours and natural water features informed the subdivision layout, with streets and lots arranged around landscaped stormwater areas and changes in elevation. The result is an established residential community with a varied streetscape and strong connections to the wider Ormiston neighbourhood.
